Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale

Payment is due in full upon collection, delivery, or purchase of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing by LESS Direct Pty Ltd.

Any invoice remaining unpaid after 7 days may incur interest on the outstanding balance until paid in full. LESS Direct Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend further supply of goods until all outstanding amounts have been cleared.

All goods supplied by LESS Direct Pty Ltd remain the sole property of LESS Direct Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. The customer agrees that ownership of the goods does not pass until all monies owing have been paid in full.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. LESS Direct Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors prior to the supply of goods.

Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from LESS Direct Pty Ltd. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Special-order, custom-made, clearance, or non-stocked items cannot be returned unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Approved returns may attract a restocking fee.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Electrical products supplied by LESS Direct Pty Ltd are covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Data products, networking equipment, intercoms, and switchgear are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
• Warranty applies to the replacement or repair of defective products only and does not include labour, freight, programming, removal, reinstallation, or any consequential losses unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers must inspect all goods upon collection or delivery. Any shortages, incorrect items, or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

To the extent permitted by law, LESS Direct Pty Ltd's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the goods supplied. LESS Direct Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the products supplied.

These Terms & Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing goods from LESS Direct Pty Ltd, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
